Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join a well-established Brunswick-based agency , combining hands-on portfolio management with team leadership and operational oversight. You will lead a team of Property Managers while overseeing a portfolio of approx. 150 properties, driving performance, consistency, and high service standards across all areas of property management. This is a fully office-based role with strong admin and leasing support , allowing you to focus on leadership, escalations, and portfolio outcomes. On-site parking is provided , and the role is best suited to someone local to Brunswick. THE ROLE Lead a high-performing Property Management team in a structured Brunswick office Oversee a quality portfolio of approx. 150 properties Take ownership of escalations and complex tenancy matters ensuring everything is to a high standard Maintain strong compliance and operational standards Coach and develop the team to build capability, confidence, and a positive, solutions-focused culture ABOUT YOU: Current Agents Representative Certificate (essential) 5–10 years’ experience in residential property management (essential) Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential) Proven leadership experience within a Property Management team Strong understanding of legislation, compliance, and risk management Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members effectively This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Property Management leader looking to step into a structured, supported environment.
